1. Freelancer Hiring Section

This section allows employers to:

View freelancer profiles
Contact workers directly
Discuss terms privately
Agree independently through WhatsApp or direct communication

Kadja Kenya is NOT responsible for:

• Agreements made directly between freelancer and employer

• Salary or contract disputes

• Ticket or visa arrangements agreed privately

Kadja confirms:

Freelancers listed are verified applicants
Applicants are reviewed before approval
Poor-quality or unfit applications are removed to maintain quality

Important Employer Rules

NO employer is allowed to:

Charge workers illegal recruitment fees
Demand excessive processing money
Exploit applicants financially

If hiring freelancers, the employer may:

Issue visa directly
Agree on ticket responsibility privately with applicant
Negotiate working terms directly

2. Managed By Kadja Section

This is DIRECT OFFICE HIRING. In this section:

Kadja manages recruitment directly
Applicant documents are verified
Passports may be held under agreement
Contracts and terms are managed professionally

Workers should not suffer exploitation

Salary Deduction & Low Cost Policy

For most jobs, we prefer:

Low-cost jobs
Employer-supported visas
Salary deduction arrangements after employment

Preferred system: employer issues visa → ticket arranged → worker starts employment → deductions recovered gradually.

Maximum Salary Deduction

USD 400

Includes recruitment handling, ticket recovery & processing support

For domestic workers (housemaids, caregivers, nannies), Kadja may discuss separate costs depending on country and employer requirements.

Support & Reporting

Any complaints, abuse reports, fraud reports, system errors, or support requests can be submitted using:

The WhatsApp Support Button at the bottom-right of the website

Kadja Hire Portal is NOT interested in:

Expensive jobs
Exploitative deductions
Unrealistic recruitment charges
