Receipt saved inside Kadja Hire Portal dashboard

Refund System

All refunds are processed electronically after approval. Approved refunds may be sent through:

M-Pesa

Bank Transfer

Original payment account

Refund requests must be submitted through: Kadja Hire Portal Refund System.

Passport Policy

Applicants may keep their passport personally PROVIDED:

Required documents submitted

Agreed payment completed

Application verified successfully

The system will still continue processing the application normally.
